As 2024 comes to an end, now is a great time to evaluate your commercial drone operations and plan for success in the year ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned operator or expanding your fleet, thoughtful preparation can set you up for a strong start to 2025. Here are key steps to take before the year wraps up.

1. Assess Your Current Drone Fleet

Take stock of your current drones. Are they meeting your needs in terms of performance, flight time, and compatibility with modern sensors?
