NDAA-Compliant Drones

Carrier H6 Hydrone

The Carrier H6 Hydrone uses highly efficient hydrogen-electric conversion to produce clean DC power in a robust, lightweight package. It delivers extreme hybrid flight times while maintaining the nearly silent operation of an all-electric multirotor.

As part of the H6 family, it remains fully convertible to gas-electric or all-electric power formats in minutes — one airframe, three power systems.

Why H6 Hydrone

Hydrogen Endurance | Stealth Profile

A foldable hexacopter frame, top-mounted hydrogen cylinder, and a 2.4 kW fuel cell working in concert — engineered for missions where extended endurance and acoustic discretion are mission-critical.

Functional Modularity | Folds to 45% of Flight Size

Built on Harris Aerial's flagship foldable hexacopter frame. The airframe shrinks to just 45% of its flight-ready footprint for transport, then secures into mission-ready position in under two minutes.

Designed for rapid field deployment and effortless transition between alternative power formats — convert to gas-electric or all-electric in minutes without swapping the airframe.

Exceptional MTOW to Structural Mass Ratio: the airframe weighs just 14.5 kg empty (with FCPM) while supporting a 25 kg (55 lbs) Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) — engineering efficiency that puts maximum power on your payload.

Modular Power

Integration | Universal Payload Capability | 5KG of Mission-Ready Capacity

Engineered with a dampened modular quick-release mounting system and a Universal Payload Connector. The H6 Hydrone reliably carries up to 5 kg (11 lbs) of professional payloads.

Continuous accessory power flows to your equipment through customizable direct voltage ports — ready for any high-value scientific sensor, gimbal, or instrument package in your kit.

Power System | High-Efficiency Fuel Cell | 2.4KW of Continuous Clean Power

Equipped with a 2.4 kW Fuel Cell Power Module (FCPM). The air-cooled system runs on hydrogen gas from a 10.8 L 350-bar anti-spark cylinder and ambient air — producing only water and DC power.

A pneumatic-driven H2 booster pump lets operators source and refill hydrogen supply cylinders locally, eliminating middleman logistics and unlocking continuous off-grid operation.

Deployability | Intelligent Telemetry | Real-Time Hydrogen Awareness

Unparalleled situational awareness powered by the Harris C-GCS or HereLink ground stations. The telemetry suite features a real-time hydrogen-level percentage display driven by a high-accuracy transducer in the H2 cylinder, alongside critical FCPM health monitoring.

Layered radio, battery, and hydrogen failsafes ensure safe recovery in any failure scenario. Dual redundant FCPM power system, triple redundant IMU, NDAA-compliant ground control.

Acoustically Sensitive Operations

Multi-hour endurance of a hybrid system with the nearly silent operation profile of an electric multirotor — ideal for wildlife observation, surveillance, and noise-restricted urban airspace.

Extended Scientific Deployments

Ideal for long-duration automated mapping, atmospheric data collection, and multi-hour research transects — high-value scientific sensors stay airborne longer between landings.

Remote Field

Operations

Localized hydrogen refilling via the H2 booster pump empowers teams to operate continuously off-grid — no battery-charging infrastructure required, no middleman fuel logistics.

Atmospheric & Climate Research

Up to 3 hours of stable airtime for aerosol sampling, methane sniffing, climate observation, and high-altitude environmental monitoring — all without combustion emissions from the platform itself.
